Perfect Family Stay and Mind-blowing Service
The staff was very nice, I mentioned I was celebrating a birthday and they arranged a surprise cake at midnight, a genuine touch! The food at the restaurant was divine, especially the dosas-they were so good, I wanted to order seconds right away.
It wasn’t cheap, but worth every penny.

Staying here was a charming experience, with the hotel’s heritage architecture and beautiful gardens left a lasting impression. However, the room cleanliness and some service aspects fell short of expectations. The staff was friendly overall, but coordination could improve. Dining was decent but could use more variety.

Staying at this beautiful place with our large family was a delight, especially with four babies in tow! The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxation, and we loved the lush green surroundings. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our time.
My kids wished there were more play areas for children. This could definitely improve family stays.

A beautiful escape with a few bumps
The property is stunning! The ancient trees and lush greenery make it feel like a hidden gem. I loved exploring the grounds and the art gallery was cool too. Service wasn’t great, though. My two requests for room changes and water in glass bottles got ignored, which was pretty frustrating. But the restaurant had great food options!

Oh man, the dining scene here was a dream! The buffet breakfast blew my mind with the dosas being the ultimate highlight—crispy and made just right! The vibrant flora around the resort made each meal feel like a feast in paradise. their attentiveness was as delightful as the food itself! Simply unforgettable.
Now, on the flip side, my dad had a bit of a struggle with no railings in certain spots. A little support would go a long way for older folks navigating the steps. But it’s just a tiny hiccup in an otherwise lovely experience!

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The outdoor pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed the 24-hour butler service. Tennis courts were a blast! The staff was friendly and helpful, making everything easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend trying custom meals at their restaurant!
We faced a bit of noise from an event nearby that disrupted our relaxation. It wasn’t a huge issue, but worth knowing if you're seeking complete tranquility.
